National Center for Accreditation of Health Establishments

Quality Healthcare for Everyone

The Accreditation Center for Health Institutions was established in 2019 by Resolution (813) issued by the Presidential Council to carry out its administrative and executive work in planning and issuing the necessary standards for monitoring health institutions.

The responsibility of the center and its founders is to follow up, monitor and improve the health services provided to the citizen and those residing in Libya.

The center operates within the regulations and laws of the Libyan Ministry of Health. It strictly follows international and local scientific approaches in issuing the quality and safety standards necessary for the accreditation of institutions that in turn provide various types of health care to patients and citizens.
